Consequently, the information on hotel tariff is subject to change without notice.

Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policies:

As per the rules of the hotel, the standard check in time is 10.00 Noon & check out time is 10.00 A.M.

Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.

No fees will be involved incase if we are not able to confirm the booking request.

If you cancel up to 72 hours before your check in date, you will be charged for the entire cost of your stay. Cancellation made more than 72 hours will incur 15% cancellation charges although hotels reserve the right to charge higher fees during peak seasons.

A modification fee of Rs 250/- per request plus a difference in room rates will be charged for changes to be made to the reservation subject to availability.

If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged for the entire amount. Kid's tariff applies only to children up to 12 years of age. Children above 12 years are charged as adults.

Kid's under 5 sharing a bed with their parents in the same room are normally not charged. Hotels will, however, levy a meal supplement charge for children.

All cancellation or modification must be informed directly to us. Cancellation or modification made directly at the hotel will not be entertained.

We take at least 7 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled online.

To confirm reservation we would require a minimum of 50% as advance which is non-refundable.

Packages

However, Online Technologies Nainital Co., Ltd, (NTP) does not take guarantee of the quality of service or facilities provided by third party vendors.
